Nepenthes petiolata (/nɪˈpɛnθiːzˌpiːtioʊˈlɑːtə/; dari bahasa Latin: petiolatus "bertangkai", merujuk pada perlekatan daunnya) adalah spesies kantong semar dataran tinggi yang endemik di pulau Mindanao, Filipina, tempat ia tumbuh pada ketinggian 1.450–1.900 meter (4.800–6.200ft) di atas permukaan laut.[3]
