Reformasi konstitusional Augustus adalah serangkaian hukum yang diberlakukan oleh Kaisar Romawi Augustus dari 30 SM hingga 2 SM, yang mengubah Konstitusi Republik Romawi menjadi Konstitusi Kekaisaran Romawi. Era ketika perubahan ini dibuat dimulai dengan Augustus mengalahkan Marcus Antonius dan Cleopatra pada Pertempuran Actium tahun 31 SM, dan berakhir dengan Senat Romawi memberikan Augustus gelar "Pater Patriae" tahun 2 SM.
