Yitzhak Baer (bahasa Ibrani:יצחק בערcode: he is deprecated ; 20 Desember 1888–22 Januari 1980) adalah seorang sejarawan Jerman-Israel dan pakar sejarah Yahudi Spanyol pada Abad Pertengahan.
Ia berimigrasi ke Mandat Palestina, kini Israel, pada 1930, dan mulai berceramah soal sejarah Yahudi pada Abad Pertengahan di Universitas Ibrani Yerusalem. Ia menjadi profesor sejarah abad pertengahan di universitas tersebut dari 1932 sampai 1945.
