Wuffa (atau Uffa, bahasa Inggris Kuno: Ƿuffacode: ang is deprecated ) adalah raja Anglia Timur, yang bertakhta dari 571 hingga 578 menurut Roger dari Wendover.^[1] Wuffa akan memberikan namanya ke wangsa Wuffinga, yang memerintah Anglia Timur hingga pertengahan abad ke-VIII.

Beda Venerabilis menyebut dia sebagai ayahanda Tytila dari Anglia Timur^[2] dan kakek Rædwald.^[3]
