Wetaskiwin-Leduc was abolished prior to the 1993 Alberta general election and its area formed parts of the Wetaskiwin-Camrose and Leduc electoral districts. Wetaskiwin-Leduc is named for the cities of Wetaskiwin, Alberta and Leduc, Alberta.
