Machine translation, like DeepL or Google Translate, is a useful starting point for translations, but translators must follow the LLM translation guideline, revise errors as necessary and confirm that the translation is accurate, rather than simply copy-pasting machine-translated text into the English Wikipedia.
Do not translate text that appears unreliable or low-quality. If possible, verify the text with references provided in the foreign-language article.

Tremacebus was about 1 metre (3.3ft) in length, and would have resembled a modern night monkey, to which it is thought to have been related.[1][2] However, its eyes appear to have been smaller than the modern species. In addition, CT scans of the cranium suggest a relatively small olfactory bulb and poor sense of smell compared with night monkeys. These features suggest that it may not have been nocturnal.[3] It had an estimated body mass of 1.8kg (4.0lb).[2]
