Tison Pugh adalah seorang pakar sastra. Ia merupakan profesor di University of Central Florida (UCF) sejak tahun 2006.^[1][2] Sebelum di UCF, Pugh merupakan dosen di University of California, Irvine, pada tahun akademik 2000–2001.^[2]

Pada tahun 2019, Pugh mendapatkan gelar Pegasus Professor di UCF, yang merupakan “gelar tertinggi pada universitas tersebut”.^[3]
