Salford (/ˈsɒlfərd/) adalah daerah Greater Manchester, Inggris, sebelah barat Manchester city centre di Sungai Irwell yang berkelok-kelok, membentuk bagian perbatasan dengan Manchester.

Distrik pemerintah daerah Kota Salford yang lebih luas dikelola oleh Swinton. Wilayah county Borough of Salford, yang termasuk Broughton, Pendleton dan Kersal, diberikan status sebagai kota pada tahun 1926. Salford memiliki populasi 103.886 jiwa^[1] dan Kota Salford 233.933 jiwa.^[2]
