Richard Charles "Dick" Lewontin (29 Maret 1929 – 4 Juli 2021) adalah seorang pakar biologi evolusi, matematikawan, pakar genetik dan komentator sosial asal Amerika Serikat. Sebagai tokoh utama dalam pengembangan dasar matematika dari genetik populasi dan teori evolusi, ia mempionirkan penerapan teknik dari biologi molekuler, seperti gel electrophoresis, untuk mempertanyakan variasi genetik dan evolusi.
