Bailey signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL draft on April 26, 2020.^[1] He was waived during final roster cuts on September 3, 2020,^[2]

On December 9, 2020, Bailey was signed to the Los Angeles Chargers' practice squad.^[3] On December 12, 2020, Bailey was released from the Los Angeles Chargers.^[4]

On January 13, 2021, Bailey signed a future contract with the New York Jets.^[5]
