Sir Ludwig "Poppa" Guttmann CBE FRS^[1] (3 Juli 1899 – 18 Maret 1980)^[2]^[3] adalah seorang neurologis Inggris kelahiran Jerman^[4] yang membentuk Permainan Paralimpiade di Inggris. Sebagai dokter Yahudi, yang melarikan diri dari Jerman Nazi sebelum permulaan Perang Dunia Kedua, ia dianggap sebagai salah satu bapak pendiri kegiatan-kegiatan fisik terorganisasi bagi orang-orang berkebutuhan khusus.^[5]^[6]^[7]^[8]^[9]
