Lillian Masediba Ngoyi "Ma Ngoyi", (25 September 1911 – 13 Maret 1980), adalah seorang aktivis anti-apartheid Afrika Selatan.[1][2][3][4]
Ia adalah wanita pertama yang terpilih pada komite eksekutif Kongres Nasional Afrika, dan membantu peluncuran Federasi Wanita Afrika Selatan.
