Konklaf 1523 memilih Giulio de' Medici sebagai Paus Klemens VII untuk menggantikan Pope Adrian VI. Menurut sejarawan konklaf Baumgartner, konklaf tersebut merupakan "konklaf Renaissance terakhir".[1]
