Keadilan kodrati adalah sebuah teori dalam filsafat hukum dengan analisis yang didasarkan pada konsep hukum kodrat.

Terdapat dua asas dasar keadilan kodrati:

1. Imparsialitas: tidak ada orang yang bisa menjadi hakim untuk perkaranya sendiri (nemo iudex in causa sua);
2. Hak untuk didengar, dalam kata lain semua orang berhak untuk mendapatkan proses hukum yang adil dan pihak yang dituduh harus bisa membela diri dari segala bukti-bukti yang dilayangkan terhadapnya.
