John Phillip Stamos (/ˈsteɪmoʊs/ STAY-mohss; lahir 19 Agustus 1963)^[1] adalah seorang aktor dan musisi Amerika. Ia pertama kali mendapatkan pengakuan atas peran kontraknya sebagai Blackie Parrish di sinetron ABC General Hospital, yang mana ia dinominasikan untuk Daytime Emmy Award untuk Aktor Pendukung Terbaik dalam Serial Drama pada Daytime Emmy Awards ke-10 tahun 1983. Dia dikenal karena karyanya di televisi, terutama dalam peran utamanya sebagai Jesse Katsopolis di sitkom ABC Full House. Sejak episode terakhir acara tersebut pada tahun 1995, Stamos telah muncul di berbagai film dan serial televisi.
