Imperial Airways adalah perusahaan transportasi udara jarak jauh komersial pertama Britania Raya yang beroperasi mulai 1924 sampai 1939. Maskapai ini melayani sejumlah wilayah di Eropa, terutama rute Britania ke Afrika Selatan, India dan Timur Jauh, termasuk Malaya dan Hong Kong. Maskapai ini juga bekerja sama dengan perusahaan lokal: Qantas (Queensland and Northern Territory Aerial Services Ltd) di Australia dan TEAL (Tasman Empire Airways Ltd) di Selandia Baru.

Imperial Airways bergabung dengan British Overseas Airways Corporation pada tahun 1939.
