Hariphunchai atau Haribhunjaya (dari bahasa Thai:หริภุญชัยcode: th is deprecated , diturunkan dari Pali:Haripuñjayacode: pi is deprecated ) adalah sebuah kerajaan Mon di utara wilayah modern Thailand selama berabad-abad sebelum bangsa Thai berpindah ke wilayah tersebut. Ibukotanya berada di Lamphun, yang pada masa itu juga disebut Hariphunchai.[1]:77 Pada 1292, kota tersebut dikepung dan direbut oleh Mangrai dari kerajaan ThaiLan Na.[1]:208
