Baron Guillaume Dupuytren (bahasa Prancis: [ɡijom dypɥitʁɛ̃]; 5 Oktober 1777 – 8 Februari 1835) merupakan seorang ahli anatomi dan ahli bedah militer Prancis. Meskipun ia mendapatkan banyak penghargaan untuk mengobati bawasir Napoleon Bonaparte, ia terkenal hari ini karena deskripsinya tentang kontraktur Dupuytren yang dinamai menurut namanya dan yang pertama kali ia operasikan pada 1831 dan diterbitkan di The Lancet pada 1834.^[1]
