Gabriele Falloppio (1522/23 – 9 Oktober 1562) adalah seorang imam dan anatomis Italia yang dikenal dengan nama LatinFallopius. Ia merupakan salah satu anatomis dan dokter paling berpengaruh pada abad keenam belas. Tabung fallopian diambil dari namanya.
