Fernando Henrique Cardoso (bahasa Portugis: [feɾˈnɐ̃dw ẽjˈʁiki kaʁˈdozu], lahir 18 Juni 1931) merupakan Presiden Republik Federatif Brasil untuk dua kali masa jabatan, yaitu pada 1 Januari 1995-1 Januari 2003. Ia juga seorang sosiologis.^[1]
