Epitel kolumnar berlapis adalah sebuah jenis langka dari jaringan epitel yang terdiri dari sel-sel berbentuk kolom yang tersusun dalam banyak lapisan. Jaringa ini ditemukan di konjungtiva, faring, anus, dan uretra pada laki-laki. Epitel ini juga ditemukan pada janin.
