Endopeptidase La (EC 3.4.21.53, proteinase serin bergantung-ATP, lon proteinase, protease La, proteinase La, lon proteinase bergantung-ATP, protease La bergantung-ATP, proteinase La Escherichia coli, proteinase serin La Escherichia coli, protease gen lon, protein gen lon, protease PIM1, proteinase PIM1, serine protease La) adalah sebuah enzim.^[1]^[2]^[3] Enzim ini mengkatalisis hidrolisis protein dengan keberadaan ATP.

Enzim ini merupakan produk dari gen lon pada Escherichia coli.
