Elisabethatriene sintase (EC 4.2.3.41, elisabethatriene siklase) adalah enzim dengan nama sistematisgeranilgeranil-difosfat difosfat-liase (pembentuk-elisabethatriene).[1][2] Enzim ini mengkatalisisreaksi kimia berikut
Enzim ini membutuhkan Mg2+ atau Mn2+ dengan efisiensi yang lebih rendah.
