D-sedoheptulosa 7-fosfat isomerase (Templat:EnzExplorer, sedoheptulosa-7-fosfat isomerase, fosfoheptosa isomerase, gmhA (gen), lpcA (gen)) adalah sebuah enzim dengan nama sistematis D-glisero-D-mano-heptosa 7-fosfat aldosa-ketosa-isomerase.[1][2][3][4][5] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut:
