Mebisa', sebelumnya disebut Chukha' atau Chhukha, adalah sebuah kota yang berada di Sungai Wangchu dan merupakan pusat dari Distrik Chukha di Bhutan.^[1] Pada tahun 2005, populasinya sekitar 2.855 (sensus 2005).^[2][3]
