Blanche Kelso Bruce (1 Maret 1841–27 Maret 1898) adalah seorang budak di Prince Edward County, Virginia, yang kemudian menjadi politikus. Ia mewakili Mississippi sebagai anggota Partai Republik dalam Senat Amerika Serikat dari 1875 sampai 1881. Ia adalah senator Afrika-Amerika terpilih pertama yang menjabat dalam masa jabatan penuh (Hiram R. Revels, juga dari Mississippi, adalah Afrika Amerika pertama yang menjabat dalam Senat AS tetapi tak menjabat dalam masa jabatan penuh).[1]
