Ronald Le Roy Overacker (12 Mei 1932–28 Juli 2001), yang lebih dikenal dengan nama panggungBaby LeRoy, adalah seorang pemeran cilik Amerika Serikat yang tampil dalam perfilman pada 1930an. Kala ia berusia 16 bulan, ia menjadi orang termuda yang pernah ditempatkan di bawah kontrak oleh sebuah studio besar.[1]
Lahir di Los Angeles, California, karier Baby LeRoy dimulai kala ia berusia kurang dari setahun, beradu peran dengan Maurice Chevalier dalam A Bedtime Story, dan berakhir dengan peran kameo sebagai dirinya sendiri dalam Cinema Circus (1937). Ia dikenal karena penampilannya dalam tiga film W. C. Fields: Tillie and Gus (1933), The Old Fashioned Way (1934) dan It's a Gift (1934).
