Anthony Clark Arend (lahir 24 Oktober 1958) adalah dosen pemerintahan dan dinas luar negeri di Universitas Georgetown. Pada tanggal 1 Juli 2008, ia menjadi direktur program Master of Science in Foreign Service di Walsh School of Foreign Service, Universitas Georgetown. Bersama Christopher C. Joyner, ia mendirikan Institute for International Law and Politics (sekarang bernama Institute for Law, Science and Global Security) di Georgetown dan menjabat sebagai direkturnya pada tahun 2003-2008. Ia juga merupakan dosen tamu hukum di Georgetown University Law Center. Pada tahun 2005-2009, ia menyunting blog Exploring International Law.^[1] Blognya sekarang dapat diakses di AnthonyClarkArend.com^[2] Arend merupakan anggota Council on Foreign Relations.
