Andromeda I adalah sebuah galaksi katai bulat^[5] sekitar 2.40^[4] juta tahun cahaya jaraknya dari Bumi, di rasi bintang Andromeda. Andromeda I merupakan bagian dari Grup Lokal galaksi dan galaksi satelit dari Galaksi Andromeda (M31). Kurang lebih galaksi ini terletak pada 3.5 derajat di selatan, dan sedikit di arah timur dari M31.^[6] Per 2005, Andromeda I menjadi dSph pendamping terdekat M31^[7] dengan perkiraan jarak yang diproyeksikan yaitu ~40 kpc^[4] atau ~1500.000 tahun cahaya.^[6]
