Anthony Dirk Moses (lahir 1967) adalah seorang sarjana Australia yang meneliti berbagai aspek genosida. Pada tahun 2022 ia menjadi Profesor Ilmu Politik Anne dan Bernard Spitzer di City College of New York, setelah sebelumnya menjadi Profesor Terhormat Frank Porter Graham untuk Sejarah Hak Asasi Manusia Global di Universitas Carolina Utara di Chapel Hill.[2][3] Dia secara luas dianggap sebagai sarjana terkemuka tentang genosida, terutama dalam konteks kolonial, serta perkembangan politik dari konsep itu sendiri.[4] Ia dikenal karena menciptakan istilah "abad rasial" yang mengacu pada periode 1850–1950.[5] Dia adalah pemimpin redaksi Journal of Genocide Research.
