Wonder Woman
Hey there!
I've been doing a thorough edit of the Wonder Woman page, and I'm now looking at a section that was flagged (see tag at top of the article) as being potentially created with, or with the help of AI. The specific edit in question is this one.
Did you use AI to create that section? If you did, there's no shame in admitting it, and I'm not going to judge you, but we may have to partially or entirely remove the section for the time being.
Thanks, and have a good day. 😊 OrdinaryOtter (talk) 22:13, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
@OrdinaryOtter Well, I did use it to correct my grammar, since French is my first language. Other than that, I did the research and phrasing myself, though. Can you point out what's AI-ish about it? I want to improve it and myself for the future 🙂 Lililolol (talk) 22:25, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
Thanks for the reply. Encountering AI on Wikipedia is a new thing to me, so I am just beginning to learn what the tell-tale signs are. I removed this section because it just sounded a little unnatural. Did you use AI for corrections on that one? I apologize if I removed it prematurely, I probably should have consulted with you and others first.
Just a heads up, I removed the AI tag from the Wonder Woman page. If you can confirm that AI was not used to write the Cinematography section (correcting grammar is fine), then I will restore that section.
My conclusion from this situation is that using AI to correct grammar runs the risk of making it sound like AI was used to write the text, so you might consider staying away from AI for grammar. However, if you have content you've written and you'd like help with the grammar, I would be happy to help you. Just send me whatever content you have, and I'll look over it for you. 😊
If you don't mind my asking, what part of the French-speaking world do you come from? OrdinaryOtter (talk) 21:06, 18 April 2026 (UTC)
