Identifies and corrects citation templates that cite newspaper websites using {{Cite web}} instead of the appropriate {{Cite news}}. It automatically replaces {{Cite web}} with {{Cite news}} for a curated list of newspaper domains, adjusts template parameters (such as changing |website= to |newspaper=), and inserts standardised newspaper names.
Automatically delinks the "Country" value in the "subdivision_type" parameter of {{Infobox settlement}} templates across articles, replacing any instance of [[List of sovereign states|Country]] with plain "Country"
For Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion, creates the subpages for discussion for each day at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/Year Month Day, then transclude the subpage at the main RfD page. It will also create discussion subpages for the next 4 days)
Fixes a botched historical substitution of {{W-shout}} on user and user talk pages by converting it to the modern, intended wikitext/HTML structure without removing any content.
Removes leftover substituted remnants of the deleted {{Template:Blocked_user}} from User and User talk pages, per the April 2023 TfD, and conditionally normalises existing {{sockpuppeteer}} templates to reflect blocked status where the removed template previously appeared.
Adds milestone list links to international caps and international goals numbers in {{Infobox football biography}} for association football players who appear on established milestone lists. The bot links unlinked numeric values only when they meet list thresholds and preserves existing player-specific list links. The bot also adds the relevant lists to the article's See also section if missing.
Monitors open Redirects for discussion log pages and adds informational bot notes to active discussions, identifying other related redirects that may be affected by the nomination (such as redirects pointing to the nominated redirect, avoided double redirects, or redirects differing only by case or diacritics).
Replaces broken substituted parser function {{#ifeq:1|1|It is|They are}} with the correct literal text "It is" in user and user talk namespaces. These instances were introduced by a faulty substitution of User:ReferenceBot/inform/top. The parser function always evaluates to "It is", so the replacement is deterministic.
