Framcis Alappatt (1935-2026) was an Indian medical doctor, social reformer and a Catholic priest, known for pioneering the blood donation campaign in the state of Kerala. He was the founder of Kerala Blood Donors' Forum (KBF) and the founder director of Jubilee Mission Medical College and Research Institute. He died on April 28 2026, at the age of 72.
