Tinggal tetap atau permanent residency mengacu pada status visa seseorang, bahwasanya ia diperbolehkan untuk berada tanpa batas waktu untuk berada di dalam suatu negara di mana bukan seorang warga negara tersebut. Seseorang dengan status tersebut dikenal sebagai penduduk tetap / permanent resident.

New Zealand (terdapat dua jenis resident visa, yaitu Resident Visa dan Permanent Resident Visa)
Norway
