Tammy Blanchard (lahir 14 Desember 1976) adalah penyanyi dan aktris film berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Namanya dikenal secara luas melalui peran-perannya terutama dalam ranah film dan televisi, antaralain dalam opera sabun Guiding Light. Dalam penampilan pertamanya, dia bermain sebagai Louise/Gypsy dalam pertunjukan drama musikal tahun 2003 di Teater Boradway dengan judul Gypsy, yang kemudian mengantarkan namanya masuk nominasi dalam Tony Award dan Theatre World Award.

Dia menerima penghargaan dari Emmy Award berkat perannya sebagai remaja Judy Garland dalam film televisi Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows.
