The Articles of Confederation were not adopted in Philadelphia.
This article is incorrect when it claims that the Articles of Confederation were adopted in Philadelphia. At the time of their adoption, Philadelphia was occupied by the British. Because of this, the Articles of Confederation were adopted in the Continental Congress's temporary capital of York, Pennsylvania. Please edit to correct this. Updating City agency name in Arts section
The City's office of arts and culture is no longer named "Office of Arts and Culture" nor its more recent name "Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy". In 2024 the official name became "Creative Philadelphia" . The office refers to itself as the office of arts and culture as a descriptor. Suggested revision: "The program, which has funded more than 200 pieces of public art, is administered by Creative Philadelphia, the City of Philadelphia's office of arts and culture (the city's art agency).” SonOfMargin (talk) 14:37, 1 July 2025 (UTC)

i would consider removing the sea temperatures graph underneath the climate chart. there is no seacoast in Philadelphia and the site we're linking to is an aggregator that is more interested in ad clicks than in accuracy. their temperatures are a bit off from ours too, though not alarmingly so. —Soap— 20:13, 28 September 2025 (UTC)
Noting my intent to create a subsection titled "Row offices" under Philadelphia#Politics in the near future. If anyone else beats me to it that would be great! Nnev66 (talk) 16:09, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
Philadelphia Inquirer
Hello! Does anyone here have access to the Philadelphia Inquirer archives? I'm looking for a September 17, 1999 article about soccer player Carli Lloyd published in the Philadelphia Daily News, which I believe is owned by the Inquirer. Thanks in advance. OrdinaryOtter(talk) 06:46, 6 May 2026 (UTC)
