Sarafand al-Kharab (bahasa Arab : صرفند الخراب Subdistrik Ramle . Desa tersebut berada di ketinggian 50 meter (160 ft) di atas permukaan laut, berjarak 7 kilometer (4,3 mi) dari barat Ramla , di wilayah yang sekarang berada di timur laut Ness Ziona .[ 6]
