Partai Demokrat Sosial Austria (bahasa Jerman:Sozialdemokratische Partei Österreichscode: de is deprecated , SPÖ) adalah sebuah partai politikDemokrat Sosial[1][5] di Austria. Partai ini dibentuk pada tahun 1888. Pemimpin partai adalah Alfred Gusenbauer. Organisasi pemuda partai ialah Sozialistische Jugend Österreich. Dalam pemilihan umum 2002, partai itu meraih 1.792.499 suara (36.51%, 69 kursi).
Pada pemilihan umum kepresidenan 2004, Heinz Fischer — sang kandidat partai — menang dengan 2.166.690 suara (52.4%). Partai itu memiliki 7 kursi di Parlemen Eropa. Partai itu memiliki hubungan dengan Sosialis Internasional.
