Regulasi (Uni Eropa)

Sebuah regulasi adalah tindakan hukum Uni Eropa^[1] yang diberlakukan sebagai hukum di semua negara anggota secara bersamaan.^[2]^[3] Regulasi dapat dibedakan dari direktif-direktif yang pada prinsip terkecil membutuhkan transposisi menjadi hukum nasional. Regulasi dapat diadopsi melalui berbagai macam prosedur-prosedur legislatif bergantung pada pokok bahasannya.
