Rached Ghannouchi (bahasa Arab: راشد الغنوشيcode: ar is deprecated Rāshid al-Ghannūshī; lahir 22 Juni 1941), juga disebut Rachid al-Ghannouchi atau Rached el-Ghannouchi, adalah seorang politikus dan pemikir Tunisia,^[1] salah satu pendiri Partai Ennahdha dan menjabat sebagai "pemimpin intelektual"nya.^[2] Rached Ghannouchi dilahirkan dengan nama Rashad Khriji (راشد الخريجيcode: ar is deprecated ).^[3]

Ghannouchi diangkat menjadi salah satu dari 100 Tokoh Paling Berpengaruh Dunia menurut Time pada 2012^[4] dan 100 Pemikir Global Papan Atas menurut Foreign Policy^[5] dan dianugerahi Chatham House Prize pada 2012 (bersama dengan Presiden Tunisia Moncef Marzouki) oleh Pangeran Andrew, Adipati York.^[6][7] Pada 2016, ia meraih Penghargaan Jamnalal Bajaj karena "mempromosikan nilai-nilai Gandhian di luar India".^[8] Pada 13 November 2019, Ghannouchi terpilih menjadi Ketua Majelis Perwakilan Rakyat.^[9]
