Leukoensefalopati multifokal progresif atau progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), juga dikenal sebagai leukoensefalitis multifokal progresif, adalah penyakit yang jarang dan fatal yang disebabkan oleh virus. Penyakit ini dikarakterisasikan sebagai kerusakan progresif atau peradangan pada massa putihotak pada dua lokasi. Penyakit ini biasanya muncul pada orang yang sistem kekebalan tubuhnya kurang, contohnya pasien yang terinfeksi HIV.
