@Flix11 Bisa masa jabatannya hanya ditulis lima tahun? Toh ini jabatan gubernur, bukan jabatan penjabat gubernur. tolong dikembalikan seperti semula. Lagian jabatan penjabat gubernur bervariasi (nggak selalu setahun), misal gubernur baru dua tahun menjabat tersandung kasus korupsi atau meninggal masa jabatan penjabat akan jauh lebih lama. 2001:448A:3045:869A:68C7:354D:8AFE:EF60 11 September 2023 01.09 (UTC)

@NobbySteamboat: Pasal 70A UU No 151 tahun 2024 sudah secara eksplisit menyatakan bahwa Pada saat Undang-Undang ini mulai berlaku, Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta yang terpilih melalui Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta Tahun 2024 dinyatakan sebagai Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Provinsi Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Dan Pasal II UU tersebut juga menyatakan Undang-Undang ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan, di mana halaman 4 dalam UU tersebut juga menyebutkan bahwa Diundangkan di Jakarta pada tanggal 3O November 2024. Sedikit tambahan, UU 151 tahun 2024 hanya mengubah nama jabatan gubernur dan wakil gubernur (pasal 70A), anggota DPRD (pasal 70B), anggota DPR RI (pasal 70C) dan anggota DPD (pasal 70D). Dan tidak mengubah nama provinsinya. Aneh memang tetapi UU yang berlaku adalah seperti itu. Ckfasdf (bicara) 7 November 2025 13.32 (UTC)
