Parlemen (pengucapan bahasa Prancis: [paʁləmɑ̃] ( simak)), dibawah Rezim Ancien Prancis, merupakan sebuah appellate court provinsial di Kerajaan Prancis. Pada tahun 1789, Prancis memiliki 13 parlemen, yang tertua dan paling penting adalah Parlemen Paris. Kata dari bahasa Inggris parlemen berasal dari bahasa Prancis, parlemen ini bukanlah badan legislatif dan kedua istilah tersebut tidak dapat dipertukarkan.^[1]
