Orang Cornwall merupakan sebuah kelompok etnis yang aslinya berasal dari Cornwall, Inggris.[14] Orang-orang ini adalah orang Keltik yang berbicara bahasa Cornwall hingga abad kedelapan belas dan menggunakannya kembali sejak abad kedua puluh, meskipun sebagai minoritas. Pada survei tahun 2004, 35% orang menganggap diri mereka orang Cornwall (sekitar 181.000 orang).[15]
