Laurence David Kramer (25 Juni 1935–27 Mei 2020) adalah seorang pembuat sandiwara, pengarang, produser film, advokat kesehatan masyarakat dan aktivis hak LGBT asal Amerika Serikat. Ia memulai kariernya dengan menulis ulang naskah-naskah saat berkarya untuk Columbia Pictures, yang membuatnya didatangkan ke London, di mana ia berkarya dengan United Artists.
