Konstitusi Republik Belarus atau Undang-Undang Negara Belarus (bahasa Belarus:Канстытуцыя Рэспублікі Беларусьcode: be is deprecated , bahasa Rusia:Конституция Республики Беларусьcode: ru is deprecated ) adalah peraturan tertinggi di Belarus.[1] Peraturan ini ditetapkan pada tahun 1994, tiga tahun setelah negara ini mendeklarasikan kemerdekaannya dari Uni Soviet. Isi konstitusi ini terdiri dari preambule, sembilan bagian, dan seratus empat puluh enam pasal.[2]
