Kekhaganan Turk Kedua^[a] adalah sebuah kekhaganan di Asia Tengah dan Timur yang didirikan oleh klan Ashina dari bangsa Göktürk, berdiri tahun 682–744. Negara ini didahului oleh Kekhaganan Turk Timur (552–630) dan awal periode dinasti Tang (630–682). Kekhaganan Kedua^[6]^[7]^[8] berpusat di kota Ötüken di bagian hulu Sungai Orkhon. Negara ini diteruskan oleh anakannya, konfederasi Toquz Oghuz, kemudian menjadi Kekhaganan Uyghur.
