Fill out the fields in {{Information}}:

• Description: What can be seen on the file? (Use of wikilinks ([[ ]]) are very welcome)
• Date: When was the photo taken or the file created?
• Source: If the file is from the internet please add a link to the webside. If you are the photographer you can write "I took this photograph" or add {{own}}
• Author: Name of the photographer/creator. If it is you just add your username. If a photo of a building, structure, statue, painter etc. please also add the name of the architect or artist. Example if a photo of Kompleks Parlemen Republik Indonesia:
  • Photo: I took the photograph
  • Building/architect: Soejoedi Wirjoatmodjo
• Permission: If there is any kind of permission. For example ORTS or consent from a person on the photo (see below).

If a building, structure or statue etc. check if there is freedom of panorama in the home country. Notice that Indonesia does not have freedom of panorama. So add {{FoP-USonly}} to the file page unless the architect died more than 70 years ago.

If a photo of a person check if consent is needed. In Indonesia consent is usually required. So add {{Consent}} if the person in the photo gave consent.
