Ilona Massey (nee Ilona Hajmássy, 16 Juni 1910–20 Agustus 1974)[1]) adalah seorang pemain film, panggung dan radio Hungaria. Ia membintangi berbagai film terkenal seperti film musikal bertajuk Northwest Outpost keluaran 1947 yang disusun oleh Rudolf Friml.[2]
