Garam susu adalah sebuah produk garam yang dipakai untuk mengolah produk mentega dan keju yang disajikan untuk memberikan rasa dan pengaruh.[1][2][3] Garam susu dapat beragam dalam hal kualitas dan kemurnian, dengan ragam paling murni adalah ragam paling diinginkan untuk dipakai dalam makanan. Garam susu telah ada sejak setidaknya 1890-an di Inggris dan Amerika Serikat.
